Product Overview

The XHTF270 is a high-performance miniature 3-axis four-optical stabilized gimbal pod built for professional industrial applications. It integrates ultra-high pixel visible light imaging, infrared thermal night vision, 3-axis mechanical stabilization, AI intelligent target recognition and precise target positioning, suitable for medium and large industrial UAVs, security patrol vehicles, reconnaissance monitoring platforms and other professional equipment.
It is equipped with a 1/2.5-inch large-format CMOS visible light sensor with 48MP effective pixels (50MP-class ultra-wide angle specification), supporting 8000×6000 ultra-high-definition photography and 4K@50fps HD video recording. It delivers sharp details and wide field of view in daytime. Under visibility ≥ 8km, the target recognition range can reach more than 1500 meters, perfectly suitable for large-scale inspection and long-distance observation scenarios.
Matched with a 25mm focal length infrared thermal imaging channel, it adopts 12μm high-precision thermal imaging pixels and supports smooth 640×512@50fps thermal imaging footage. It can accurately capture targets in low-visibility environments such as night, dense fog and thick smoke. The target recognition range exceeds 300 meters under standard night conditions, realizing truly 24/7 all-weather operation capability.
The built-in 3-axis high-precision mechanical stabilized gimbal achieves 0.02° stabilization accuracy, which can fully offset picture jitter caused by carrier vibration and attitude changes, and output stable and smooth HD images. Equipped with an independent AI computing module, it supports automatic recognition and real-time marking of person and vehicle targets with ≥85% accuracy, and the target positioning accuracy can reach CEP 10 meters, greatly improving the operation efficiency and accuracy of inspection, security and search & rescue scenarios.
