Product Overview
The XHTD75CCT is a split-type tri-optical AI tracking vision module designed for micro UAVs, small inspection robots and lightweight security devices. It integrates three imaging systems: long-focus visible light, short-focus ultra-wide-angle visible light and long-wave infrared thermal imaging, paired with an independent high-performance AI computing unit, enabling all-range, 24/7 intelligent observation, target recognition and tracking & positioning. The split structure of camera unit + AI module can be flexibly adapted to various small carriers with limited space, delivering professional all-scenario operation capability with ultra-lightweight design.
It is equipped with three independent imaging sensors:
- Long-focus visible light channel: Adopts a 1/3.52-inch CMOS with a 16.26mm focal length lens. Under daytime visibility ≥8km, the recognition distance for adult targets exceeds 600m; in urban low-light night environments, the recognition distance exceeds 100m, dedicated to long-distance detail observation and precise reconnaissance.
- Short-focus visible light channel: Adopts a 1/4-inch CMOS with a 1.75mm ultra-wide-angle focal length, with a field of view of 113.1°×63.6°, covering a wide global field of view for scene inspection and environmental perception. It supports 720P@100fps high-frame-rate output with excellent dynamic scene performance.
- Infrared thermal imaging channel: Adopts an 8-14μm long-wave infrared sensor with a 10mm focal length lens and 12μm high-precision pixel unit. Under night visibility ≥8km, the recognition distance exceeds 100m for adults and 230m for vehicles. It can accurately capture targets in extremely low-visibility environments such as complete darkness, dense fog and thick smoke.
Built-in high-performance AI computing unit supports automatic recognition, real-time tracking and on-screen marking of person and vehicle targets, with recognition accuracy ≥85%. Combined with the target positioning function with CEP 10m accuracy, it can automatically lock and track targets and output position information, greatly improving operation efficiency and response speed in day-night inspection, security patrol and emergency search & rescue scenarios.
With an extremely lightweight split design, the camera unit weighs only 43g and the AI module weighs only 42g for flexible installation.
